Cupping Therapy
Release stubborn tension and improve circulation.
- Performed by trained therapists
- Comfortable, controlled suction
- Great add-on to massage and physio
- Targeted to your tight spots

How cupping works
Cupping uses gentle suction to lift the skin and underlying tissue. That decompression increases local blood flow, eases fascial restriction and gives tight muscle a chance to reset.
When we recommend it
We often use cupping alongside massage or physiotherapy when soft tissue is stubborn or when a patient wants extra recovery support after intense training.
- Chronic muscle tightness
- Restricted shoulder and back mobility
- Recovery between hard training sessions
- Postural tension from desk work
What to expect
Most patients feel a pleasant pulling sensation followed by lasting looseness. Light circular marks are normal and usually fade within a few days.
